The corrugated sheets are an element that is used in construction and has as fundamental features having metal sheets that can be of different profiles, geometries, thicknesses, widths, lengths, colors and even finishes.

The types and styles of sheets are different for the finishing options found in the market, although the sheet that is mostly sold is the galvanized sheet.

The most important and basic steps for obtaining the galvanized are:

· Clean raw material with chemicals

· Brush such raw material

· Take it to a process of pre-heated or hot dip by means of a meter for zinc (aluminum if it is zintro or zintro alum)

· Is leveled in the same process and processed in the passivated oiled material

In case the sheet needs to be painted, the sheet that is already galvanized with some chemicals that provide adhesion by means of the layer is prepared; later it is transferred to the kilns to give shape and uniformity to the painting of each one of the sheets that are being worked on.

TYPES

Rectangular sheet

· Plate r-101. It is the type of sheet for commercial use that requires medium structural capacity and drainage.

It is a material that is too versatile and resistant because it is designed to be used as a concrete anchor, and thus be able to generate the slabs, which makes it a very good system for metal buildings, because its construction system gives it greater strength.

CHARACTERISTICS
